AUTOLOAD for BlueCard and FH Card

Customers of our dining halls pay by chip card.With Autoload we offer a special service for BlueCard or FH Card holders.

As Autoload user you neither need cash nor do you have to queue up at the card terminals to top up your card.

Autoload works like a normal SEPA Direct Debit scheme and users allow Studierendenwerk Aachen to collect the determined loading amount from their bank account.

You decide when and with which amount you want to load your card:

• When registering for Autoload you determine how much money will be loaded onto your card if you reach the minimum amount.
• As soon as your balance reaches the minimum amount (5 euros max.) you are asked at the cash register whether you want to load your card.
• If you agree, your BlueCard/ FH Card gets topped up with the determined loading amount (10 euros max.). If you do not want your card to be topped up you will be asked again next time. As Autoload user you can, of course, also load your card with cash at the card terminals.

At a glance: The Card Service Portal
After the registration you receive a password for the Card Service Portal. Using your user name (card number) and the password you can log in from a smartphone, tablet or PC to the portal and view your transactions. You can also change the minimum amount and loading amount.

The registration for Autoload can be made at the Infopoint of Studierendenwerk Aachen or at Sparkassenforum when the BlueCards are distributed from 10 to 15 October. Please bring

• your ID,
• you bank card (German bank account, no credit cards)
• and your BlueCard or FH Card.
