The training conveys the know-how and the ability to plan, install, administer and maintain complex IT systems as well as to rectify faults. In addition to the management of IT environments, trainees also perform tasks in the presentation of system solutions, in consulting and user-training. Typical application areas are, for example, networks, client and server systems.

• Merchant for Computer Science (m / f)

Combines business know-how with technical progress: During the training one participates in projects in the area of information and telecommunication technology. Apprentices identify IT needs and are jointly responsible for procurement and provision. They install computers, configure programs, and set up networks. In addition, they support users in the operation of IT systems.
