Special week for Veganuary

Who participates in the so-called Veganuary, completely renounces the consumption of animal products in January. For those who don't know, Veganuary is a non-profit organization and campaign that encourages people around the world to eat vegan during the month of January (and at best, beyond). With quite a bit of success, over 700,000 people signed up for Veganuary during the 2023 campaign to try an all-plant-based diet. More info 

With this in mind, our Dining Department has decided to present new vegan dishes to its guests as part of a special week. These can be tried from 22 to 26 January in all dining halls. Maybe one or the other will end up permanently in our menus!
