Asparagus week in the dining halls

Can’t get enough of asparagus this spring? Our dining hall cooks are going to prepare meals with the delicious vegetable every day for a whole week! From 12 to 16 June we offer asparagus with pork schnitzel and white wine hollandaise sauce, with vegetable stir-fry and shrimps, with gnocchi and wild garlic sauce or with pasta and chicken.

Monday, 12 June:
Gnocchi with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, Italian hard cheese and wild garlic sauce 2,10
Tuesday, 13 June:
Pasta with asparagus and chicken 3,90 €*
Wednesday, 14 June:
Pasta squares filled with asparagus with crème fraiche 2,10 €
Vegetable stir-fry with shrimps, green asparagus, coconut milk and wild rice mix 3,90 €*
Friday, 16 June:
Pork schnitzel with white wine hollandaise sauce and asparagus 3,90 €*
