The AUTOLOAD process is being shut down

The AUTOLOAD system (reloading cash cards via direct debit) will be phased out due to a system change in the dining deparment. More information

The service will initially be discontinued at three locations.
Current dates:

• Mensa Jülich, Monday, 15 June
• Mensa Vita, Monday, 29 June
• Bistro Kackertstraße, Monday, 29 June

!! The AUTOLOAD system will no longer be available at these locations !!

Top-ups only at the machines
We ask all guests at the above-mentioned facilities to top up their cards at the top-up machines. After the transition, it will no longer be technically possible to top up at the cash registers.

Important: It is essential to check in advance whether there is sufficient credit on the card. This is the only way to avoid lines at the cash registers.

Please note that the AUTOLOAD system will continue to function in all dining halls and cafeterias that have not yet been converted.

Early closing times due to system conversion
In preparation for the conversion, the facilities will close at 1 pm on the following days:

• Friday, 26 June, Mensa Vita
• Friday, 26 June, Bistro Kackertstraße
  
  

We will provide timely updates through our channels regarding when and in which additional dining halls AUTOLOAD will no longer be available, and where our top-up machines must be used temporarily.
