Use of apps - important information for allergy sufferers

Important for allergy sufferers in the dining hall when using third-party dining hall apps: We would like to point out that it is always important, especially in the case of food intolerances, to check the declarations and allergen labels on the notices on site.

There are times when dishes change throughout the day. The changes are made when dishes are sold out or ingredients are not supplied.

In the case of the numerous third-party apps available, the display is not updated - unlike the menus on our website. In addition, the vast majority of them do not show allergens. In terms of important information for allergy sufferers, they are therefore not very reliable.

Studierendenwerk does not currently have its own app. We generally advise you to visit the menus on our website and, when using third-party apps not run by us, to make specific inquiries on site in order to rule out any intolerances to the ingredients contained in the dishes.
