MENSA STAR 2022: The online voting

Who cooks like a pro and has the best recipe for the dining hall?
The jury has made a decision for the final online voting of the Mensa Star – as from Saturday, 19 March it’s in our customers’ hands!
120 recipes were sent in! Five recipes of the four categories (main course with fish or meat, vegetarian, vegan main course and dessert) have been selected. Among others the selection criteria were practicability of the recipe in a dining hall kitchen, taste and creativity. This time, students supported us in the jury voting. Thank you!
What is going to happen after the online voting? The best recipe authors of the four categories can look forward to a great prize: Not only are their meals going to be prepared in all dining halls, but they and the second and third place winners are rewarded with dining hall vouchers with a total value of €900 (see below). On top of that, all online voters can win vouchers for the dining halls.
All finalists and the jurors are invited to a small award ceremony in Mensa Academica - the result of the voting remains a secret until the end!

CATEGORY VEGETARIAN MAIN COURSE
CATEGORY DESSERT (here are seven recipes due to equality of points!)
There will be three prizes for the four categories:
1st Prize: €150 dining hall voucher
2nd Prize: €50 dining hall voucher
3rd Prize: €25 dining hall voucher
On top of that, all online voters can win a €10 dining hall voucher.
