MENSA STAR: Rekordzahlen beim Dessert

On the last day of the MENSA STAR week students lined up in long queues to get the winner dish in the category “dessert”. Together with our team Thu Hang Nguyen served her Apple Crumble with caramelized walnuts behind the counter of Mensa Academica.

What did our customers think of the dish? The numbers speak for themselves: We served 761 portions of Apple Crumble – the highest number of sweet dishes served in 2018 and 2019.
