Vegan Nicecream Bowl

Ingredients Nicecream:

  • 1 can of coconut milk (chilled)
  • frozen fruit of your choice (e.g. 2 sliced bananas, 1 cup blueberries or similar)
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (optional for sour fruits)

Toppings of your choice:

  • fresh seasonal fruits and berries
  • coconut flakes
  • chia or flax seeds
  • Granola/oatmeal

Preparation:

  1. Place the frozen fruit in a stand mixer and blend with the chilled coconut milk on high speed until a homogeneous mixture is formed. Alternatively, you can also put the ingredients in a tall container and process with a hand blender.
  2. Then pour the nicecream into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, berries, chia or flax seeds and coconut flakes as desired. Add granola and oats for more bite.
  3. Start the day in a good mood.
